Get a private, one-time link to choose a new password.

1. Open your existing Shipment Desk chat in Codex and send this request:

Please reset my Shipment Desk password for shipping.avayem.com.

2. Open the private reset link provided in that chat.
3. Enter and confirm a new password of at least 12 characters, then save it.

Reset links expire after one hour and work once. Password resets are currently handled through your Codex chat; this website does not send automatic reset emails.

Enter your new password only on the reset page, never in chat. Your shipment records and received checkboxes stay intact.
